2025 Strategic Plan

Our Strategic Plan outlines a five-year vision to position the Florida Federation of Fairs & livestock Shows, Inc. (FFF) as the premier advocate and support network for Fairs in Florida through advocacy, education and collaboration ensuring growth and sustainability for future generations. It also highlights the importance of engaging and increasing our annual Convention offerings for Zone 2 members.

The plan details core values like Member-centered design, equity, and innovation, and lays out measurable outcomes to track progress and ensure accountability for years to come.

Our mission is to unite, support and empower fair organizers, stakeholders and our membership through advocacy, education, entertainment and collaboration, fostering vibrant and sustainable fairs that celebrate our rich heritage, agricultural roots and diverse culture that ultimately promotes local economies and enriches the lives of all who participate.

By fostering innovation, education and community engagement, every fair in Florida thrives as a vital part of the community, celebrating agriculture heritage, and providing enriching experiences for all generations.

Membership Support, Growth & Retention: Membership Growth and Retention is crucial for the Florida Federation of Fairs, Inc. because it directly impacts the organization’s ability to achieve its mission and continue it’s work in supporting Fairs, Festivals, and related industries across Florida. A strong and growing membership ensures the organization has the resources, influence and network to fulfill its long-term objectives, while also providing ongoing value to the members.
2. Member Engagement: Member Engagement directly impacts effectiveness of the Association, the value It provides to its members, and its ability to achieve its mission. When the membership is actively engaged they are more likely to contribute, participate and benefit from the Association’s programs and services. This involvement creates a stronger, more vibrant network and community within the Association.
3. Advocacy & Influence: Positive Advocacy and Influence creates a unified voice and are crucial to maintaining the sustainability and growth of Florida's fairs, ensuring they continue to thrive as vital cultural and community assets.
4. Education: Education is a core value for the Florida Federation of Fairs because fairs serve as an important platform for learning, engagement, and community development. Fairs are not only cultural celebrations but also provides opportunities to educate individuals of all ages about Florida Agriculture, local history, sustainability and other vital areas that enhance both individual and community growth.

Community: A strong Community focus is foundational to the Florida Federation of Fairs and essential to the continued success of fairs as cultural celebrations that bring people together Community works to foster a sense of shared responsibility, strengthen community ties and enhance public perception of fairs as vital assets to celebrate local culture, tradition, and heritage. A strong sense of Community strengthens the fair industry, enhances its social impact, and fosters long-term sustainability.
