This Application is for those acts wishing to Showcase during the 2026 Florida Federation of Fairs Convention in Orlando Fl. on May 14 -16, 2026. Please understand that there is a limited number of slots and that not everyone who submits will be selected. Please make sure when you are uploading your video for consideration that it is of the highest quality.
If you are selected you will be contacted by the Showcase Co-Chairs,
Bill Olson or Michael Rogalsky.
Deadline for submitting applications is 5:00 pm on Friday January 30, 2026.
This act is being submitted for: (Please indicate ALL the opportunities that you would be interested in showcasing at.)
*DO NOT plan on using amplifiers on stage. ALL instruments will run thru the Board. Bring a DI Box if you need it, and your pedals. We are trying to give you the cleanest sound possible.
Live Stage Trade Show Showcase: This is for Thursday, Friday or with each Showcase being between15 - 20 minutes in length. Please NO Bands. Solos or Duos only, and street performers.
Hospitality Area: This is also where you check for Open Mic.
Video Showcasing: ONLY for acts/entertainment that cannot perform on the other stages such as large animal acts, motorsports, or variety acts that are too large for the stage. These will be shown on the Trade Show Stage during Trade Show hours
Strolling Acts: This is for Saturday Night – to perform during cocktail hour and assist with the awards ceremony after dinner in the banquet hall.
Emcee: This is to Emcee on Saturday Night. A script will be provided for you to go by while introducing the acts and other events taking place that night.
An agent may submit 3 submissions in each category (categories listed above).
SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE: APPLICATION, INTRODUCTION; PHOTOGRAPH; AND LINK TO A PERFORMANCE VIDEO AND A 1 MILLION DOLLAR LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY WITH THE FLORIDA FEDERATION OF FAIRS ADDITIONALLY INSURED.
