Please provide the following information and return it to the FFF office as soon as possible but no later than March 15th.

Each Fair that is an active member of the Florida Federation (2022-23 dues paid) is entitled to TWO Delegates, one vote per Delegate at the Annual Meeting of the Federation and for any issue that needs to be voted on throughout the year.

Our Charter states that only voting Delegates may be elected to the Board of Directors. If there is an individual at your Fair that you would like to be considered as a Director for the Federation, he or she MUST be the designated voting Delegate. It is also important that you indicate the Voting Delegates “years of service” on your Fair Board – both as a Board member and/or as a staff member. In order to serve on the Federation Board a person must be a senior manager with a member fair association for a period of not less than five (5) years, or must be on the board of a member fair association for a period of not less than ten (10) years, provided, however, that no more than two (2) of non-fair management persons shall be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors at any one time. The Federation Annual Business Meeting will be held at the Caribe Royale in Orlando on Saturday, May 20th at 12 noon.
