$225 - Fairs Under 150,000 in attendance
$250 - Fairs Over 150,000 in attendance

Registration Includes: registration for convention, President’s Party, Friday lunch, Friday Night Happy Hour in the Trade Show, Saturday lunch, Saturday Gala, Trade Show admittance, and all educational sessions.

2018-19 YPI Charity Fundraiser and Grants

IMPORTANT PROGRAMS INITIATED BY YPI COMMITTEE

The Young Professionals group has been hard at work this past year creating exciting new opportunities for FFF Fairs and Associates. With the support of the Florida Federation of Fairs Board of Directors, we are proud to announce the continuation of two community services based programs for the 2018-19 Fair Season. The projects with conclude with activities and recognition at the 2019 Convention in St. Augustine. See forms below.

1st - YPI Community Service Grants
We will be awarding two, $500 grants to fairs or associate members doing great things in their community. If you are a young professional (40 and under), organizing and promoting a community service project in your area, we want to help you go further and provide future funding. Applications for our YPI Community Service Grants are attached and will be posted on the FFF’s website and should be turned in before April 1, 2019. Tell us what your young members are doing to help make the world a better place and you just might be the recipient of $500.

2nd – YPI Resource Drive to assist Lee Conlee House: Domestic Violence Center

Opening the first emergency shelter in Putnam County in 1998, the Lee Conlee House supports victims of intimate partner domestic violence through advocacy, treatment, prevention and education. It is with the assistance of community partners that these services continue to be provided. Currently, the Lee Conlee House operates a 32 bed shelter. In addition to the shelter, they run a crisis hotline, provide counseling and support groups and offer education. Many of those seeking help come only with the clothes on their backs. Upon leaving the shelter they are given many of the items listed below to help them get started again. Donations can be made when you register for the convention or will be accepted during the annual FFF convention.

The YPI Committee is again sponsoring the Mix & Mingle FOR EVERYONE (Ages 21 and up) to participate in!

We all know the hospitality suite is where the networking and friendships are strengthened.

Each evening, the hospitality suite is open to all attendees.

With 500 delegates attending, we need to be prepared for each one to visit the suite.
