The 2012 Florida Federation of Fairs Convention and IAFE Zone II Meeting will be held May 17 – 19, 2012 At The Renaissance Hotel at the World Golf Village, St. Augustine, FL and The Annual Giles Ellis Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Wednesday, May 16th At the famous Slammer & Squire Course
REGISTRATION Convention and Zone II Registration Available Online Convention and Zone II Registration and Trade Show Booth Applications are now available online. Submit your registration/application online now - see the “Registration” option in the left hand column under Convention. Zone II Attendees can also use the online Registration – just be sure to indicate you are a Zone II attendee when prompted. Please note – Discounted Pre-Registration available through May 1st -- Registration fees increase after May 1st All Registrations after May 1st and all one day Registrations will be handled at the Convention and will be an additional $25 per person If you are unable to access the online Registration information, click below for the appropriate forms: Zone II Attendee Registration Form GOLF TOURNAMENT Don’t forget the Golf Tournament on Wednesday, May 16th! The tournament will be held at the famous Slammer & Squire Course. You can register for the Golf Tournament and Golf Sponsorships through the online registration program. If you are unable to access the online Registration information, click below for the Golf Tournament Forms: Golf Tournament Registration Form and Sponsorship Form HOTEL RESERVATIONS Hotel Reservations can be made by calling 888-789-3090. To ensure the group rate of $135.00 per guestroom ($185 for One Bedroom suite), you must identify the group name, Florida Federation of Fairs & Livestock Shows, and make your reservation no later than May 1, 2012. TRADE SHOW Booth space can be reserved and paid for online with your Convention Registration. Click here for sponsorship form. Welcoming Committee – This is a great way to get EVERYONE from your Fair involved. Fill out the Welcoming Committee form Auction - The Auction Committee has requested that each Fair/Associate bring an auction item with a value of $50 or more or by making a monetary donation. Fill out the Auction Donation form (click here for Auction form) and send it in by April 30th. Hospitality Suite - The Hospitality Suite is the perfect place for networking but WE NEED YOUR HELP! If your Fair can help provide supplies, please return the Hospitality Suite form by April 30th. Click here for Hospitality Suite form. Directory Cover Photo Contest – Enter a photo from your Fair for consideration for the cover of next year’s Directory. Historical Exhibits Contest - The Florida Federation of Fairs has added a Historical Exhibit Display Contest this year.
